求函数 $y = \arctan \frac{x + 1}{x - 1}$ 的高阶导数.

Note: 注意 $\arctan \frac{x + 1}{x - 1} = - \arctan \frac{x + 1}{1 - x}$ , 所以只要求 $\arctan \frac{1 + x}{1 - x}$ 的高阶导数.
